Situated in Bexar County, Olmos Park’s history dates back to the mid 1920’s when real estate maven, H.C. Thorman purchased property and developed the suburb.
Olmos Park gives residents the perks of living in a small town and being surrounded by the big city of San Antonio. It hosts three social events every year including the King Antonio party, the annual 4th of July parade, and the Night Out gathering.
There are over 800 single-family homes in Olmos Park. While most homes are between $450,000 and $950,000, there are several ultra luxurious homes valued at more than $1 million.
Olmos Park is located in the Alamo Heights Independent School District, which is known as one of the smallest school districts in the state of Texas.
